The 500 Club

What is it?

The purpose of the 500 Club is to raise funds to grow and develop Winsford Town FC. As a club, we have a vision to provide the children of Winsford with the best footballing journey possible. The funds raised through the 500 Club will be paid into the Winsford Town FC bank account and used to help improve facilities, equipment, resources, and opportunities for all players. 

To take part in the 500 Club you can subscribe for £5 a month per number using the link below. Payment is easy and will be collected by card automatically each month until cancelled.

500 Club Rules

1. For a cost of £5 per month (i.e. per draw) you will be allocated one number between one and 500.
2. Multiple numbers can be bought, for the cost of £5 per additional number
3. A draw will be made every month with a 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th prize.
4. The prizes will total 45% of the monthly income generated by the 500 club.
5. Prizes will be apportioned from the prize pot as follows: 1st prize of 50% of prize pot, 2nd prize of 20%, 3rd prize of 20% and 4th prize of 10%
6. The 500 club is a private lottery and is open to all parents, carers, staff and friends of Winsford Town FC. Anyone aged 16 or over can join.
7. Registration to take part in the 500 Club will be completed via the 500 Club registration link via the Winsford Town FC website.
8. Payments must be made by card payment.
9. Payment will be made for the first month at the point of signing up. All future payments will be requested on the 1st of each month.
10. One month’s notice is required for cancellation.
11. Member’s numbers will only be entered if their subscription is up to date on the evening before the draw.
12. If a member has no valid reason for missing a payment, their number may be sold to someone on the reserve list.
13. Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 500 club if his/her subscription renewal remains unpaid for a period of one month. 
14. The draw shall be made by the Player of the match at the last Mens Home game of each month. Winsford Town FC reserve the right to change this to a Ladies or youth game dependant on match schedules.
15. The winner will receive their prize by bank transfer. Transfer of any winnings will be arranged by email using the email given when setting up your membership application within 14 days of the draw.
16. The name for each month’s winners will be posted in the Winsford Town FC social media pages and club website.
17. If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be held by Winsford Town FC for six months, after this point the prize will be considered as a donation to Winsford Town FC.
18. The 500 club will be run by the Winsford Town FC Committee. In case of any dispute the decision of the committee is final.
